YAMS Lenten Fish Fry 

Join us on Friday, March 2oth for a Lenten tradition!  Like our normal monthly fellowship dinners, we’ll gather at 5pm to cook together and then eat around 6pm.  The menu will include fried fish, coleslaw, French fries, and all the other staples.  All young adults are welcome, but please RSVP to Dcn. Brice if possible so that he can buy enough food.

Arabic Calligraphy Workshop March 28th

This free workshop, led by local artist Hassan Quresh and sponsored by the OSU Interfaith Council, is open to OSU students from all backgrounds.  No experience is needed to participate, and all materials are provided.  The event is from 2-4pm in the Ohio Union Interfaith Room (3rd floor). Space is limited to 35 participants.  Register at go.osu.edu/calligraphy

Save the Date!  Good Friday Breaking of the Fast

Continuing our annual tradition, all young adults are encouraged to join in corporate fasting for Good Friday.  Then, after the evening service ends (around 9PM), we will break the fast together with pizza at Hound Dogs.  All young adults are welcome regardless of whether or not you choose to observe the fast.

Native Pollinator Garden Design Meeting

In 2026, YAMS is undertaking the planting of a native pollinator garden at St. Stephen’s.  Please plan to attend this ‘kick-off’ event on Thursday, April 23rd from 5-7PM where we’ll be meeting with native garden expert Deb Knapke.  You can learn more about the project, contribute your ideas on design and plant selection, and find out how to get involved.  Dinner will be provided.
